Today has been hectic. This week has been hectic. Two assignments, two exams, Melbourne Cup (which, by the way, was SHOCKING, and should be much more exciting next time..), hospital check-up, work and dinner at the pub. But to top the week off I had un delicioso cenar con mis amigas!
We went to Encasa on Pitt St, and my oh my is tapas grande! I know I’m going to Spain, but I have never had tapas before. it is heaven! Chorizo, scollop with crumbled blue cheese on mash pumpkin, garlic chilli prawns, sangria! what more could u ask for….three gorgeous camereros who hablando espanol with us!! I got a named, Barca, and we had some simple but awesome conversations with them!! La cuenta por favor!
Cannot wait to go back…but until then, more restaurants need discovering!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
